| Sponsorship Requests
Lavazza have a number of long term sponsorships in Australia that include the Melbourne Cup, The Studio at the Sydney Opera House and the National Victorian Gallery in Melbourne. While we always appreciate being considered for sponsorship activities, our budgets are extremely limited. We are only able to look at new sponsorship opportunities between April and May every year, before the start of each financial new year. Outside of these times, we are not in a position to consider any activity that requires investment.
Our basic requirements for any sponsorship activities that we look at each year need to meet the following criteria:
- Activity is related to fashion/arts/food/lifestyle only and in line with Lavazza's premium branding
- Activity has to have national coverage or prominent state coverage
- There has to be an opportunity to serve Lavazza coffee through an adjoining cafe or placement of coffee carts - this is absolutely essential for us

To assist us with any request, please let us know the following information:
- State or national
- Brief outline of sponsorship activity
- Duration of activity and operating times
- Reach - highlighting the demographic, expected attendance
- Any personality/celebrity associated with event
- Media coverage - print/net/TV
- Association with any TV channel
- Other sponsors [if event has run before, previous sponsors]
- Why Lavazza?
- Investment required
- Opportunities to serve coffee
- Branding opportunities - signs, umbrellas, wind barriers, banners and logo placements |
